Full Detailing

A full detail is a reset. Every exterior surface is safely washed, decontaminated and refined; every interior surface is cleaned, conditioned and protected. It is the difference between a car that has been cleaned and one that has been properly looked after.

01 · The problem

Clean is not the same as cared for

Regular washing – especially automatic washes – leaves bonded contamination on the paint, brake dust baked onto wheels, tar along the sills and a film on the glass. Inside, dust settles in vents and seams, leather dries out, and carpets hold dirt a vacuum never reaches.

The right level of detail for the car

We look at how the car is used and what condition it is in, then agree the scope: a maintenance detail to keep a good car good, a full reset for a neglected one, or a full detail as the foundation for correction and coating.

03 · Treatment

Every surface, in the right order

The exterior is washed safely and decontaminated chemically and mechanically, then dried and refined. Wheels, arches, tyres, glass and trim each get their own process. Inside, the car is emptied, vacuumed to the seams, steam-cleaned where appropriate, and every surface is cleaned with the right product for the material.

A detail ends with protection: a sealant or coating on the paint, dressing on trim and tyres, and fabric or leather protection inside where wanted. We then suggest a maintenance interval and explain how to wash the car so the results last.

01What is the difference between a detail and a valet?

A valet is a clean. A detail is a methodical process that goes further – decontaminating the paint, refining it by machine where agreed, and protecting every surface – with the aim of improving the condition of the car, not just its appearance for a day.

02How long does a full detail take?

It depends on the size and condition of the car and the scope agreed. We give you a realistic timeframe with the quote rather than promising a turnaround we cannot deliver properly.

03Do you offer maintenance details?

Yes. Once a car has been fully detailed and protected, a regular maintenance detail keeps it that way with far less work. We will suggest an interval that suits how the car is used.
